Our client at Maudsland wanted a Garage to easily fit two vehicles and the ability to drive through to his back yard. He also wanted a bit of extra space for a gym. After engaging Totally Sheds to complete the design, we then handled the council application which included an amendment to the Building Envelope on his property.
Once we gained the necessary approvals we then supplied and completed the concreting including extra length piers for a part of the slab on fill. Totally Sheds then completed the construction of a 6m wide x 12m long Skillion design using Colorbond Shale Grey roof and walls – to match in with their modern house design. Wallaby was used for Roller Doors and PA doors for a bit of contrast.
The client now has a secure area for his cars and the extra space he needs to keep in shape and all easily accessed via a PA door!
