Our client had fond memories of home and wanted a classic Barn that looked and felt like the Nashville Barns he grew up around. At Totally Sheds we love the versatility and aesthetics of Steel Barns and this one we supplied and built-in Binna Burra (Northern NSW) is no exception, complimenting the magnificent 2-hectare site it occupies.

This 200 sqm Nashville Barn jointly designed by the client and Totally Sheds is 10m wide, 20m long and 6m high and was built without the need for council approval.

The Corrugated Barn features 4 sliding steel doors that provide large openings for the tractor as well as 2 personal access doors for quick and easy access on foot. A desire to have natural light lead to the inclusion of multiple skylights and 18 large windows and 2 barn windows. The barn also has a 55 sqm ‘office with a valley view’ on a mezzanine level. This is accessed by stairs and features large concertina doors.

We designed the Barn with 600 mm eaves all-round to give it a unique look and feel and insulated the entire roof area. Totally Sheds worked closely and extensively with this client over many months from design to construction to deliver the finished product he wanted.

The Nashville Barn represents one of our finest multipurpose steel buildings. It proudly uses all-Australian Steel and Colorbond ‘Dune’ and ‘Surf mist’ sheeting.
